DCA Annual Golf Tournament - Friday, May 16, 2008
Dallas Claims Association24th Annual Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, May 16, 2008 at Indian Creek Golf Club in Carrollton, TX.

It's All-Inclusive again this year! Breakfast, Lunch and OPEN BAR! There will be a raffle drawing with a Cash Prize! Also a closest to the hole & longest drive contest with cash awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

Proceeds from the golf tournament benefit the DCA Scholoarship Fund. Sign-up forms for players and vendors are below. There's also an invitation flyer available. Share this information with your friends

Check writing requirements:
Your employer name and your work phone number must be on all personal checks. Company checks must also have a phone number whether for membership or our monthly luncheon. If a reservation is made and you do not show or someone does not take your place, you will be billed and required to pay for the luncheon as the Dallas Claims Association still must pay for your meal.

Reservations and cancellations made after Monday 10AM will have to pay $30 due to hotel services contract.
